Mr. Li has been working in the professional legal service field for about 20 years and used to be the general legal counsel of an investment company. His expertise in civil and economic legal affairs includes but not limited to enterprise share acquisition, joint venture and cooperation, dispute resolution and IPO, etc.

Overseas M&A business is a new growth point positively pushed by Mr. Li. He strengthened the M&A team of the firm to assist the domestic clients with their cross-border investment and help them select the foreign technologies, resources, brands and markets. He also established close cooperative relationship with law firms and financial agents in UK, US, Germany, France, Portugal, Spain and South American countries, etc. which enhanced Zhong Yin law firm’s ability to service their clients in cross-border investments business and provide efficient resolutions with one-stop service.

As the managing partner, Mr. Li established the patent agent service in the law firm with specified classification of the intellectual property business. The IP team has successfully handled several intellectual property dispute cases on behalf of many well-known companies in China which improved the reputation of Zhong Yin law firm in this field.

Mr. Li is a researcher of the Knotty Case Research Centre of China University of Political Science and Law, where he has taken part in the research of several knotty cases. As a committee member of the Arbitration Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, Mr. Li has dealt with many economic disputes in shareholder’s equity, cooperate agreement, real property sale and purchase agreement and debt, etc.
