Recently, a large state-owned enterprise successfully completed a major overseas M & A project for the French airship manufacturing company with the assistance of Zhongyin lawyers in order to implement the Sino-French roadmap for Sino-French cooperation jointly formulated by Chinese President Xi Jinping and French President Franz Hollande.
The project's strategic cooperation agreement was witnessed by the Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang and French Prime Minister Manuel Wales and was signed in 2015. Under the investment agreement, the state-owned enterprise will make three rounds of capital injection to the French airship manufacturing company, eventually acquiring a certain number of shares of the company, making it a Sino-French joint venture, responsible for R & D, production, sales and service of LCA60T series heavy airship . The project involves the design of preferred stock, the cross-border equity transfer structure design and other complex legal work.
