On the occasion of the 19th National Party Congress's victory, September 12, 2017, the Beijing red ribbon home member congress and the fourth term general election of the council was held in Beijing. UNAIDS, National Project Officer Zhou Kai, CPPCC member, China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wang Jian, China Red Ribbon Fund executive vice chairman Gu Yanfen, Beijing Municipal Commission of Health and Family Planning Director Liu Qinghua, Zheng Zhiwei, president of Beijing STD and AIDS Prevention Association, the third council president, Beijing Ditan Hospital party secretary Chen Hang, Beijing Ditan Hospital Dean Li Ang and representatives, volunteers, people living with HIV and other more than 100 people attended the meeting. Through voting, the meeting elected 59 members of the fourth term, including not only medical personnel, lawyers, university teachers, officials of international organizations, government administrators, volunteers, people living with HIV and grassroots organizations. At the same time, the meeting elected the fourth council president, vice president, executive director, chairman of the board of supervisors. Our lawyer Li Ju was elected as the fourth council member.

Dr. Zhou Kai, director Wang Jian, director Gu Yanfen, Director Liu Qinghua, President Zheng Zhiwei, Dean Li Ang and other leaders and guests congratulated the birth of the new Beijing Red Ribbon Home Council, gave confirmation of the work of Beijing Red Ribbon Home, at the same time, they hope Red Ribbon House can do more to eliminate social discrimination and the return back society of AIDS patients.

The spirit of commonweal is not just a promise, but an insistence and effort. At the beginning of the establishment of the Beijing Red Ribbon Home, Zhongyin Lawyers donated money to participate in the work.
