Recently,ZhongYin Li Yonglan, an attorney of ZhongYin and Chen Sanying, a partner were engaged by Beijing Taiqi Education Technology Co., Ltd. (short name Taiqi Edu, stock code 870263) and entered into a legal service agreement for providing legal opinions on resolutions to be approved at its 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The attorneys, namely Li Yonglan and Chen Sanying, reviewed materials related to the resolutions to be approved at its annual general meeting for Taiqi Edu, and supplemented the defective documents, and proposed simultaneous revision suggestions with reference to documents of securities companies of the same nature.
