In February 2018, ZhongYinLi Yonglan, an attorney of ZhongYin was engaged by five companies including Beijing Tianju Tianxia Construction Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Wanwan Shengwen Film Co., Ltd. and entered into an legal service agreement for advising exclusively on the proposed joint incorporation of Beijing Taiyi Microfinance Co., Ltd. (short name Taiyi Microfinance).

During the preparation for incorporating Taiyi Microfinance, Li Yonglan reviewed and revised relevant materials and provided Special Legal Opinions on Preparing for Incorporation. And during the incorporation process, she issued Special Legal Opinions on Incorporation, providing a strong guidance for the clients for the incorporation of Taiyi Microfinance. After nearly six months of hard work by Li Yonglan and the clients, Taiyi Microfinance was incorporated on July 26, 2018. Currently, it has begun to carries out microfinance business in normal order within the administrative area of Beijing.
