In the morning of October 15, 2018, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) held the Inaugural Conference of Legal Rights Protection Service Center & Legal Service Promotion Conference, to thoroughly implement President Xi Jinping's thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, and make arrangement for further proceeding with its legal services, especially legal rights protection. Gao Yunlong, the vice chairman of the CPPCC and the chairman of the ACFIC, attended the conference and unveiled the nameplate of the ACFIC Legal Rights Protection Service Center. Yang Wanming, the vice president of the Supreme People's Court, Sun Qian, the deputy chief procurator of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, and Liu Zhenyu, the deputy director of the Ministry of Justice, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Lu Yong, the vice chairman of the ACFIC, presided over the conference.

The All-China Lawyers Association (ACLA) has formed and will lead the “ACFIC Lawyers Service Group” composed of representatives from ten law firms including Zhong Yin, and participated in the “Inaugural Conference of Legal Rights Protection Service Center & Legal Service Promotion Conference” held by ACFIC in Beijing.

It is proposed to set up under the group: (1) an expert team for major and key cases, (2) a legal rights protection team for unjust, false and erroneous cases , (3) a criminal defense team for entrepreneurs, (4) an expert team for criminal-civil mixed cases, (5) an expert team for property rights protection, (6) an IP protection team, (7) an expert team for employment and labor issues, (8) an expert team for administrative litigation, (9) a professional mediation team for property rights disputes, and (10) a team for communication with the ACFIC and the Chamber of Commerce.
