Today, upon the approval of Hainan Department of Justice, ZhongYin (Sanya) Law Firm [hereinafter referred to as the “ZhongYin (Sanya)”] was formally established.

ZhongYin Law Firm’s concept of seeking development based on innovation and upgrading, mode of operation based on integration construction with layout across the country, as well as advantages in the booming areas of international practice, are highly consistent with Hainan's demand for legal services in the context of its comprehensive & innovative economic system. With the continuous efforts of the head office, ZhongYin (Sanya) was formally established and started practice on March 30, 2020.

ZhongYin (Sanya) is established to provide professional legal services for building a pilot free trade zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics in Hainan, and to help Hainan build an international business environment under the rule of law. Moreover, the establishment of this branch office also indicates that ZhongYin Law Firm has actively responded to the “Belt and Road Initiative”, strengthened the strategic layout of cooperation among Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macau, and the free trade zone and practice in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and officially entered a new stage of development.
