Recently, the team led by Li Xinwei, a senior partner of ZhongYin (Chengdu), after tendering and bidding and competitive negotiation, with its extensive experience and expertise in the area of fund business, defeated three competitors, won the bid, and entered into a contract with Sichuan Xincheng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (“Xincheng Equity”). The team members Tong Lin and Gui Bo, with the support of other members, will act as long-term legal counsels to Xincheng Equity.

Li Xinwei’s team has advised many fund companies and has accumulated extensive experience in the investment and financing fields including private equity fund, government investment fund, NEEQ, and M & A. Li Xinwei's team will advise Xincheng Equity on all-sections concerned including but not limited to, private equity fund issuance and registration, due diligence on investment projects, special legal opinion on major investment decisions, and regular fund compliance training.

Sichuan Xincheng Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. is a fund management company established by Xincheng Company, a subsidiary of Energy Investment Group under SASAC. It has a registered capital of RMB 10 million, and has a fund issuance subsidiary and an investment management subsidiary. The value of assets managed and invested by Xincheng Equity are more than RMB 5 billion in total. Among all assets, RMB 3.305 billion has been invested, and RMB 1.232 billion is available for further investment. It mainly invests in cultural tourism projects.
