On April 25, 2018, Yu Xi, the representative and a senior partner of ZhongYin (Hefei), after competitive negotiation, was selected by State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd. (“AEP”) as the legal counsel to its headquarters from 2018 to 2020, and to advise the company on its legal issues of all sections concerned.

It is a great expanding in the list of clients of ZhongYin (Hefei) after it was selected into the legal counselor database (provincial-level) of State Grid Corporation in 2016. To this end, ZhongYin (Hefei) may advise AEP (including its headquarters and its subsidiaries and branches) on a full span of legal issues throughout the company.

AEP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the State Grid Corporation of China. It has 16 municipal power supply companies and 71 county-level power supply companies under its management. It is responsible for optimizing the energy resource allocation and meeting the power demand for economic and social development of the province. It mainly engages in power grid construction, production, operation, research, design, training and other related businesses.

Yu Xi specializes in laws and regulations on protection of electric power facilities and related cases, especially good at “disputes regarding grid and mine”, and has successfully represented AEP, Anhui Power Distribution and Transmission Engineering Company and other electric power enterprises in more than 10 litigations, repeatedly advised State Grid Corporation exclusively on reform and restructuring of Anhui electric power system, including a “separation of diversified utilities from main business” in Chizhou City, which was identified by the State Grid Corporation as the only project ready for acceptance inspection in that year and earned favorable comments.
