Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm has renewed the legal service agreement with Palm Springs Real Estate Co., Ltd. (“Palm Springs”), and our Senior Partner Yang Baoquan has been re-engaged by Palm Springs as regular legal counsel for the year 2020-2021.

So far since the establishment of Palm Springs, its businesses cover real estate development, leisure and resort, and other areas. It has developed apartment, villa, hotel, golf course, commercial building, office buildings and other types of properties, with a cumulative amount of investment of more than RMB 8 billion. It has preliminarily formed a core business segment, “real estate”, and has successfully established and owns a product brand, “Palm Springs”.
