Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm has renewed the contract with CEC Electric Power Development Research Institute Co., Ltd. (“CEC-EPDRI”), and our Senior Partner Yang Baoquan has been re-engaged by CEC-EPDRI as regular legal counsel for the year 2020-2021.

Established in January 2016, CEC-EPDRI, one of the units directly under the China Electricity Council (CEC), is established as on the basis of the CEC Electric Power Construction Technology and Economy Consultation Center. In February 2017, it merged General Station for Power Engineering Cost and Quota Management. With the goal of “building a domestic first-class industry think tank”, CEC-EPDRI provides intellectual support and consulting services for governments' macro management, enterprises’ decision-making and management and the industry’s healthy development. It is authorized by the national competent authority to be responsible for the engineering cost and quota management in the power industry.
