ZhongYin Is Engaged by Huarong Huitong as Legal Counsel Exclusively on Debt Financing

Recently, the team led by Wang Ting and Tan Jun, senior partners of ZhongYin Law Firm, has accepted the entrustment from Huarong Huitong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Huarong Huitong”) and entered into an exclusive legal service agreement with it. Pursuant to the agreement, the team will advise Huarong Huitong exclusively on debt financing.

Huarong Huitong is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Huarong Group”) and was established on September 14, 2010. As Huarong Group’s vehicle to carry out asset management business and an independent market player, Huarong Huitong is mainly responsible for the development and promotion of valuable innovative products with demonstration effects, so as to support the business development strategy of Huarong Group.

The team of Wang Ting and Tan Jun currently consists of nearly twenty professional lawyers, has extensive experience and a large number of successful cases in practicing in domestic and overseas IPO and listing, refinancing of listed companies, M & A, reorganization, NEEQ listing, private equity and investment fund, foreign investment, bond issuance, asset securitization, regular legal counseling and other areas, and has a profound understanding of PRC laws and regulations and regulatory practices, and thus can provide flexible, high-quality and value-adding legal services based on the different characteristics of different clients.
