On April 20, 2020, the Second Partnership Meeting of ZhongYin Law Firm in 2020 was successfully held in the meeting room of CP Center, its new premises. The Meeting was chaired by the Director and Senior Partner Yan Penghe of the ZhongYin. Nearly 20 partners were present on site, and more than 30 partners participated in the Meeting through the cloud.

At the Meeting, Party General Branch Secretary and Management Committee Chairman Li Zheng reported on the work of the Management Committee for the first quarter, including:

Pace of branch construction. Thanks to the joint efforts of committee members in charge of the matter and relevant staff, Sanya branch office was officially established in March, and the establishment of Wuhan branch office and Kunming office are nearly completed.

Relocation and decoration. Thanks to the joint efforts of committee members in charge of the matter and relevant staff, ZhongYin has completed the relocation and decoration in spite of various difficulties;

Party building. During the outbreak of the epidemic, the Party General Branch of ZhongYin Law Firm and ZhongYin Charity Fund jointly launched a donation initiative immediately, to support with practical actions the medical staff who fought against the epidemic at the frontline;

Response to epidemic. Based on the deployment of the Bureau of Justice, the Management Committee notified all ZhongYin attorneys in a timely manner, requiring them to do a good job in fighting against the epidemic and to handle official business on site or over the internet; actively guided the online practice training and the practice cooperation among practice centers to maintain existing practices and develop new practices;

The Management Committee Set up a special rectification group to implement the Plan for Special Rectification of Key Problems in Lawyer Profession in Chaoyang District.

Yan Penghe reported on the deployment of the National Marketing Committee. The National Marketing Committee was established with wide support and positive response from the head and branch offices. The National Marketing Committee will help ZhongYin to further sort out and adjust the relationship between the head and branch offices, effectively implement the integration of the head and branch offices, further strengthen the association between the head and branch offices, and enhance the influence of the brand “ZhongYin”.

Each member of the Management Committee reported on the work under its charge and explained relevant matters in detail for the first quarter.

The head of each practice department introduced the practice development status of his/her department, carefully analyzed the potential problems in the development of its department, and depicted a blueprint for the development of its department. Specialization is an indispensable powerful weapon for the development of contemporary lawyers. Only by strengthening specialized departments and further enhancing the professional capabilities of its attorneys, can ZhongYin pioneer and move forward bravely.

The chairman of the Supervisory Committee and Senior Partner, Zheng Wei, put forward relevant suggestions on the management of ZhongYin Law Firm. The Management Committee responded thereto and said that it would further improve the management system and implement relevant measures.

Dispel the clouds and see the sun. At the end of the Meeting, the partners attending the Meeting, pooled all of their wisdom and efforts to provide suggestions on the development of ZhongYin, and looked forward to the future development of ZhongYin. The year of 2020 is destined to be an extraordinary year. Facing with the harsh environment, only by uniting as one and walking side by side can we ride the wind and plough the waves and overcome the difficulties together.
