Recently, the team led by Wang Ting and Tan Jun, senior partners of ZhongYin Law Firm, has accepted the entrustment from Beijing Biostar Technologies, Ltd. (“Biostar”) and entered into an exclusive legal service agreement with it. Pursuant to the agreement, the team will advise Biostar exclusively on investment.

Beijing Biostar Technologies, Ltd. was incorporated in Haidian Park, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Beijing, in July 2002, and is a national high-tech company established by the team of Chinese scientists, who have studied in the United States, led by Dr. Tang Li and Dr. Qiu Rongguo. The company focuses on biomedical development of, transfer of technologies related to, and technical service consulting on anti-tumor small-molecule chemical drugs, has pioneered the creation and production of epothilones, a series of new anti-cancer drugs, in China, and owns internationally advanced technologies.

Biostar is an R&D-oriented high-tech company with internationally advanced conditions for pilot plant trial, and 3,000 square meters of R&D lab and pilot plant base. Biostar’s current major development projects include new anti-tumor innovative drugs with different action mechanisms, to which it has independent intellectual property rights, aiming at creating a good environment for improving the company’s competitiveness in the industry and independent innovation capability and providing powerful weapons for humans to overcome cancer.
