Recently, the team led by Wang Ting and Tan Jun, senior partners of ZhongYin Law Firm, has accepted the entrustment from Sunstone Development Co., Ltd. (“Sunstone Development”) and entered into an exclusive legal service agreement with it. Pursuant to the agreement, the team will advise Sunstone Development exclusively on equity incentive plan.

Sunstone is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of prebaked carbon anodes to the aluminum industry. As the largest independent prebaked carbon anode supplier in China, Sunstone currently has five production bases, respectively in Dezhou, Shandong; Binzhou, Shandong; Jiayuguan, Gansu; Chongqing; and so on. It mainly produces green energy-saving prebaked carbon anodes with low consumption and high current density. Its products are exported to Europe and America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Oceania, Africa, a total of more than ten countries. Its export volume has ranked first in the China for many years since 2008, and it has been awarded consecutively the titles of "Outstanding Export and Foreign Trade Enterprise in Shandong" and "Advanced Enterprise in Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in Shandong". Sunstone was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017 (stock code 603612).
