ZhongYin Law Firm successfully won the bid and became regular legal counsel of China Xiong'an Investment Management Co., Ltd. (including China Xiong'an Group Fund Management Co., Ltd.). The project leader is Shi Yanling, a partner of ZhongYin Law Firm.

China Xiong'an Group Investment Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xiong’an Investment Company”) has a registered capital of RMB 100 million. Its business scope mainly covers “investment management, asset management and related consulting services, and entrusted management of equity investment funds”. Its basic functions in the construction of Xiong'an are: to innovate investment and financing mode, to introduce non-government capital through various channels, to seek cooperation opportunities on PPP projects, to raise funds for the new district construction, to build an investment and financing system for the new district; to conduct first-level land development , to develop, construct and operate affordable housing and commercial real estate; to organize and undertake Baiyangdian Environmental Comprehensive Improvement and Tourism Resources Development and Operation; to take charge of the construction and operation under concession of transportation, energy and other infrastructure and municipal utilities in the new district; and to participate as shareholder in the development and construction of various parks and major industrial projects in the new district.

China Xiong'an Group Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xiongan Fund Company”) has a registered capital of RMB 100 million, contributed by Xiong’an Group and Xiong’an Investment Company. Its business scope mainly covers “entrusted management of equity investment funds, investment management and related consulting services”. It has played a leading role in promoting and establishing Hebei Xiong'an Industrial Investment Guidance Fund (limited partnership).
