ZhongYin is Engaged by Fuyang Weixin as Legal Counsel on Specific Financing Matter

On October 25, 2018, the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, senior partners of ZhongYin, was engaged by Beijing Fuyang Weixin Technology Co., Ltd. (short name Fuyang Weixin) and entered into an legal service agreement for specific matter with it to, among others, develop a business plan for it and advise it on financing.

Fuyang Weixin is a high-tech enterprise integrating server product design, R&D, production, sales and technical support services. It provides users with industry-leading servers and related hardware products and IT solutions. At present, it has customers spread over many fields such as Internet, research, energy, education, radio and television, communications, finance, and manufacturing.
