On October 30, 2018, the “ZhongYin Securities and Finance Dispute Mediation Center” held its first working meeting in Beijing.’ Yan Penghem, the director of Zhong Yin Law Firm, Li Zheng, the chairman of the management committee, Zheng Wei the chairman of the supervisory committee, Wu Guanghong, a member of the management committee, the senior partner Ding Ran, and partners Deng Jijun and Chen Rongjin attended the meeting on site.

At the meeting, after voting by mediators, Zheng Wei was elected as the first director of the “ZhongYin Securities and Finance Dispute Mediation Center” for a term of two years. During his tenure, Zheng Wei will preside over the work of the mediation center, actively communicate and coordinate with Beijing Diversified Mediation Development Promotion Association on mediation matters, organize mediators to participate in mediations, and lead the formulation of internal systems of the mediation center, to facilitate the mediation center to carry out relevant work in an efficient and orderly way.

Under the guidance of Beijing Diversified Mediation Development Promotion Association, with Zhong Yin as reliance, the “ZhongYin Securities and Finance Dispute Mediation Center” was formally established on October 19, 2018, and will mediate disputes in securities finance business across the country to improve the diversified dispute resolution mechanism in the capital market, broaden the channels for investors to protect rights, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the investors, and contribute to the healthy development of the securities market. The mediation center currently has a number of mediators including Deng Jijun, Ding Ran, Li Zheng, Wu Guanghong, Wu Zetao, Yu Limiao, and Yan Penghe, all of which are senior lawyers of ZhongYin practicing in the area of finance and securities.
