On May 21, 2020, Cao Hong, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Justice and Secretary of the Party Committee of Lawyer Profession of Chaoyang District, and Liu Jing, a staff member of the Bureau of Justice of Chaoyang District, visited ZhongYin Law Firm for inspection and guidance. Accompanied by Director Yan Penghe, the Supervisory Committee Member, Sun Jian, the Senior Partner, Huang Yunyan, the Operation Director, Fu Tingting, and other staff of ZhongYin, they inspected the overall environment of and provided valuable guidance to ZhongYin Law Firm.

At the symposium, the Deputy Director, Cao Hong first congratulated ZhongYin on moving to a new location, and expressed his appreciation and affirmation of ZhongYin’s strict implementation of various regulations and legal and efficient completion of the relocation and decoration during the epidemic. Then, the Deputy Director, Cao Hong fully affirmed ZhongYin’s various prevention and control measures and results thereof during the epidemic, and emphasized that since it was still critical for epidemic prevention and control, ZhongYin should continue implementing relevant anti-epidemic requirements and strictly implement prevention and control measures, without relaxation and slackness in this tough battle against the epidemic. Subsequently, the Deputy Director, Cao Hong expressed his affirmation of and earnest expectations for the Party building work of the firm, and pointed out that: during the special periods, Party organizations and individuals must firmly embrace the leadership of the Party and actively play an advanced and exemplary role; ZhongYin should further standardize all Party branches, continuously strengthen the combination of the Party building and the practice and management, and achieve a virtuous cycle in which the Party building and the development promote each other, to ensure that the development of the law firm and its attorneys shall follow the development of its Party organization. In addition, the Deputy Director, Cao Hong gave some valuable advice on the work of the joint Party branch of ZhongYin: firstly, ZhongYin should actively carry out the Party building work in strict accordance with relevant requirements of the Party Central Committee and based on the characteristics of ZhongYin; secondly, ZhongYin should strengthen the connection between the Party branches of the head and branch offices, to ensure that they keep contact with each other during the outbreak of the epidemic; thirdly, the joint Party branch should play a leading role to support the small and the weak, so as to promptly find and effectively solve problems.

The Deputy Director Cao Hong emphasized that: ZhongYin should, in strict accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Justice, the Municipal Committee of Political and Legal Affairs, and the Municipal Bureau of Justice, fully implement the special rectification actions initiated by the Bureau of Justice of Chaoyang District, conduct a self-examination to find out whether there are problems such as "bribery", "false litigation", "collusion with gang", "materially illegal charges", "illegal part-time job" and "foreign nationality", and correct it (if any), to ensure the sound development of ZhongYin during the difficult period of epidemic prevention and control, and to go through the difficulties under the leadership of the leaders of ZhongYin.

As the epidemic prevention and control becomes a routine, ZhongYin encouraged its staff to resume work online and hold partners' meetings, meetings of the Council of the National Marketing Committee, and meetings of the Management Committee through online video systems, to ensure that ZhongYin conducts practices and administrative work smoothly. Moreover, ZhongYin internally organized a series of online training for the public interest, “ZhongYin Cloud Lecture Hall”. Many attorneys from the head and branch offices actively responded and contributed with their meager strength to the activities, which were well received by online audiences. In addition, in the process of resuming work, ZhongYin completed the decoration and relocation, and officially moved to CP Center; ZhongYin has officially established the Sanya branch office and Wuhan branch office successively, and is preparing the establishment of Kunming branch office. On April 8, 2020, the Bureau of Justice of Chaoyang District issued an important notice on the Plan for Special Rectification Actions against Key Problems in Lawyers Profession of Chaoyang District. To effectively implement the Plan for Special Rectification Actions against Key Problems in Lawyers Profession of Chaoyang District, ZhongYin established a special rectification actions leadership group, which developed a Plan for Implementing the Plan for Special Rectification Actions against Key Problems in Lawyers Profession of Chaoyang District, and sent a notice of the implementation plan to all attorneys of ZhongYin as soon as it completed the implementation plan, to ensure the comprehensive and effective implementation of the special rectification actions.
