Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm and Grant Thornton Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (“Grant Thornton”) have entered into a legal service agreement, pursuant to which, Senior Partner Yang Baoquan and Associate Zhao Ru of ZhongYin are re-engaged by it as regular legal counsels exclusively on employment law.
