Lawyers from Zhong Yin (HangZhou) are Selected to Enter Zheshang Asset’s Lawyer Directory

Recently, the Investment Committee of Zhejiang Zheshang Asset Management Co Ltd (“Zheshang Asset”) approved three of Zhong Yin (Hangzhou)’s lawyers, deputy director and senior partner Ms Zheng Liping, partners Mr Liu Xiangzheng and Mr Sheng Juhua, to enter the lawyer directory of Zheshang Asset, whereas Zhong Yin (Hangzhou) has been selected to enter Zheshang Asset’s law firm database. From now on, Zhong Yin (Hangzhou) Law Firm will be providing comprehensive legal service to Zheshang Asset on non-litigation issues including private equity, disposal of non-performing assets, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing, routine legal consultation and training, as well as litigation matters including debt collections, contract disputes and labour disputes.

Zheshang Asset is one of the first five provincial-level asset management companies which possess the qualification for transferring mass non-performing financial assets, and is also indirectly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province. Its practice area covers disposal and management of non-performing assets, investment consulting, financial investment and fund management etc, with regional business headquarters and investment banking headquarters in Hangzhou, Ningbo and Wenzhou, as well as five prefecture-level non-performing asset management companies in Jinhua, Shaoxing, Yiwu, Taizhou and Xiaoshan.
