IPHOUSE, Chinese leading institution of data analysis in the domain of intellectual property, has always been tracking the data relevant to the development of intellectual property industry, and is often acknowledged to be proactive and objective. The lists are produced with sample data in the IPHOUSE database, which have been collected from all intellectual property related judgments delivered by Chinese courts between 1 January 2016 and 31 December 2016. IPHOUSE database utilises big data processing methods, such as accurate tagging system, to quantify various factors reflected in the judgments, and subsequently rank each factor ascendingly according to the accumulated scores (ranking sequence of various factors: the number of cases, case history and success, quality of the representative, history of the agency and typical cases elected).
