Recently, the case of an arbitration dispute between Guangzhou Boosen Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Boosen) and Guangzhou Yao Energy Beverage Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Yao Energy), undertaken by our senior partner Wu Zetao lawyers team, judged by Guangzhou Arbitration Commission (abbreviated as Guangzhong), supported multiple requests for arbitration submitted by Boosen, thus fully and effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Boosen.

Boosen is a company listed on NEEQ and has extensive industry and social influence in the field of social marketing. Wu Zetao lawyers team fully investigated and demonstrated this case and filed an arbitration with Guang Zhong in March 2017. This case was regarded as a complicated case, which lasted nearly one year. After several sessions of trials, several expert arguments, and deferred hearings, the final verdict was to support Boosen's arbitration request.

The trial lawyer in this case was Wu Zetao, and the assistant court lawyers were Sudan and Liu Weiwen. During the agency process, Wu Zetao's lawyer team paid particular attention to the combination of stock transfer system supervision, auditing, disclosure of financial reports, and capital operation coordination, which fully demonstrated its characteristics and advantages in the field of dispute resolution in the capital market and won praise and trust from customers.
