Recently, our senior partner Sun Jian lawyers team help Tianjin Tianshan Real Estate Development Co,.Ltd, (Tianshan Group) to obtained huge success in one hundred million yuan construction contract lawsuit case. This case was overviewed at Tianjin Higher People’s Court and finally closed.

This case involves in the Tianjin residential building project. The other side Beijing Beichen Zhengfang Construction Group Co.,Ltd,(Beichen Zhengfang) brought a lawsuit in 2015, that required Tianshan Group to pay all kinds of engineering funds and interest totaling about one hundred million yuan. Our firm’s Sun Jian lawyers team help Tianshan Group to carefully plan, organize evidence, counterclaim and successfully won the case. This case first adjudged that Tianshan Group should pay one thousand and seven hundred million yuan to Beichen Zhengfang, both sides appealed. During the second instance, the two sides reached a settlement, both agreed that Tianshan Group pay one thousand and six hundred million yuan to Beichen Zhengfang within the prescribed period. Finally, Sun Jian lawyers team successfully avoided more than eighty million yuan claims for Tianshan Group, obtained favorable mediation results.
