Zhong Yin Law Firm successfully held its 4th All-Partners Meeting in 2018 from July 14 to 15, 2018 in the conference room at its head office to discuss the development and system reform of the law firm. At the meeting, the first supervisory committee of the law firm was formally established.

After on-site voting, the senior partner Zheng Wei was elected as the chairman of the first supervisory committee; the senior partners Sun Jian and Zhang Xiaojun and the partners Hou Jiyan and Jin Yong were elected as members of the first supervisory committee.

As needed by the management of the law firm, according to relevant laws and regulations and the charters of the law firm, at the Partner Meeting on June 2, 2018, the Rules for Establishing Supervisory Committee and the Work Rules of Supervisory Committee are adopted upon review and discussion. According to the above-mentioned rules for establishing Supervisory Committee, at the Partner Meeting, the members of the first supervisory committee were elected; they will perform their duties according to the above-mentioned work rules, to improve the management mechanism of the law firm and promote the openness and transparency in handling public affairs of the law firm.
