Since the implementation of the democratic system in 2011, ZhongYin has overcome many difficulties and achieved considerable development and progress with the active support of all partners and under the leadership of five management teams. Due to increasingly fierce competition in the industry, the current rules and regulations of the firm can hardly meet the development needs. All partners of the firm therefore fulfilled their obligations as partner and enthusiastically participated in the development and reform of the firm and the improvement of its management system. Before the Partner Meeting, two rounds of preparatory meetings were organized. At the preparatory meetings, everyone offered advices and suggestions, and summarized and analyzed the major agenda of the partner meeting in advance.

At this meeting, based on the actual situation and development needs of the firm, all partners attended discussed 22 major issues, including amendments to the charter and partnership agreement, optimization of partner’s rights and obligations, practice specialization, supervision mechanism of the firm, and integration of the internal audit in the head and branch offices, relocation of the firm, optimization of the financial system, improvement of the brand image, and other matters everyone concerns.
