On February 15, 2019, ZhongYin (Changsha) Law Firm successfully won a bid and was selected into the legal counsel database of Hunan Branch of China Development Bank (short name CDB (Hunan)). A Law firm winning the bid will serve as regular legal counsel of the bid inviter CDB (Hunan), and advise it on daily issues (20hs or less) and exclusively on certain matters (more than 20hs) and represent it in litigation (arbitration) and bankruptcy proceedings. Yao Jiyan, The Deputy Director of Changsha Office, as project contact and leader, after receiving bidding documents, actively set up a service team and prepared the tendering documents. With strong support from the firm, the team repeatedly revised and improved the tendering documents. After careful review and confirmation of the review panel of the bid inviter, ZhongYin (Changsha) finally stood out from more than forty law firms participated in the bidding and successfully won the bid.

CDB was founded in 1994 as a policy financial institution under the direct leadership of the State Council. It was incorporated as China Development Bank Corporation in December 2008, and officially defined by the State Council as a development finance institution in March 2015. CDB provides medium- to long-term financing facilities that serve China’s major long-term economic and social development strategies. CDB is the world’s largest development finance institution, and the largest Chinese bank for financing cooperation, long-term lending and bond issuance.
