On March 1, 2019, with her excellent practical experience and practice ability, Dong Wan, a management committee member and a senior partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, was engaged by Securities Association of China (“SAC”) as asset securitization expert. In order to promote the healthy development of asset securitization and leverage the professional support from industry experts, the SAC has hired 57 senior professionals from securities companies, law firms, accounting firms and other agencies as asset securitization experts; As one of the 12 attorneys selected, Dong Wan will take advantage of her expertise and cooperate and assist with SAC on its service development.

The SAC is a self-regulation organization in the securities industry founded in accordance with the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Rules on the Registration of Association, and operating under the industry guidance and supervision of China Securities Regulatory Commission and Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. For more than 20 years since its establishment, the SAC has practically performed its functions of “self-regulation, service, communication”, and properly played its role as self-regulation organization in the industry.

Dong Wan has extensive experience in practicing in finance industry, and she focused her practice in asset securitization; bank credit, wealth management product, structured financing and other asset management and investment banking businesses; consumer finance and internet finance; perpetual bond; financial bond; corporate bond; debt-to-equity swap; trust; financial leasing; as well as establishment, merger & acquisition, reorganization, restructuring of corporation, private equity, and so on. In particular, since the resumption of asset securitization in 2012, Dong Wan has represented on many asset securitization projects, including more than 40 successful public offering or private placement. In addition, Dong Wan has been listed in the Recognized Lawyers in “Securities Securitization and Derivative Products” on 2018 Asia-Pacific Guide published by Chambers & Partners, an internationally renowned legal service rating agency.
