On May 20, 2019, Chongqing Lawyers Association successfully completed the selection and appointment of members of 17 special committees and 25 professional committees under it. 12 attorneys of ZhongYin (Chongqing) Law Firm were appointed as members of 7 special committees and 9 professional committees, and one researcher at research center.

Among them,’ Wang Shiyun, a senior partner of ZhongYin (Chongqing) became the deputy director of the Profession Development Steering Committee and a researcher at the Legal Service Research Center for Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration Construction, Huang Liangyou, another senior partner, became the deputy director of the Professional Committee of Banking and Finance, Yan Xuebing, a partner, became the deputy director of the Female Lawyer Working Committee; Wang Gang, a senior partner, became a member of the Professional Committee of Corporate Legal Counseling, Wang Haoyu, a senior partner, became a member of the Professional Committee of Capital Market and Securities, Hua Yiling, a senior partner, became a member of the Professional Committee of Preservation and Execution, Mou Xi, a senior partner, became a member of the Criminal Professional Committee of China-Singapore and Pilot Free Trade Zone, a member of the Cultural Construction and Cultural Welfare Committee, He Huimin, a senior partner, became a member of the Professional Committee of Economic Crime and a member of the Committee for Protecting Right to Practice, and Tang Zhangfu, a senior partner, became a member of the Civil Professional Committee and a member of the Young Lawyer Working Committee; Xu Juan, a partner, became a member of the Criminal Professional Committee of Ordinary Crime, and Ling Zhihong, a partner, became a member of the Professional Committee of Investment and M&A; Xu Xin'gui, an associate, became a member of the Disciplinary Committee.

By report, the Chongqing Lawyers Association started the selection of members of the special committees and professional committees from lawyers across the city on April 18, and received 396 lawyers’ applications for becoming a member of the special committees and 812 lawyers’ applications for becoming a member of the professional committee. The special committee members and professional committee members were selected upon repeated deliberation, multi-dimensional comparison, comprehensive consideration, careful study, and strict re-selection for the best of the best by the Party Committee of Chongqing Lawyers Profession and the President's Office of Chongqing Lawyers Association, which fully reflected the principles of openness, fairness and justice.

The appointment of so many attorneys of ZhongYin (Chongqing) as the special committee members and the professional committee members indicates that the professional competence and comprehensive strength of ZhongYin (Chongqing) have been highly recognized by peers.
