Zhong Yin (Chengdu) Lawyers attended visits and discussions in Israel

Since the establishment of diplomatic relations 23 years ago, China and Israel have deepened practical cooperation in all fields continuously. To show the Chinese youth the economic, technologic, cultural and educational development achievements of modern Israel, Israel government has launched the “Chinese youth leader exchange project” in 2015. This project was sponsored by the Israel government, co-organized by Israel foreign institution and Chinese government. Officials from relative Chinese governmental departments and scholars were invited to attend this innovation and entrepreneurship oriented exchange activity.
The director of Zhong Yin Law Firm (Chengdu), vice chairman and secretary general of Remmin University of China Sichuan alumni association Mr. Xinwei Li had been invited by the Israeli Consul General in Chengdu Mr. Tianming Lan, to Israel for visiting and exchange on 26 February 2016, with 6 youth leadership members from all fields including economic, technologic, cultural and educational.
Accompanied by Modai who was the minister assistant of Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the representative group first visited the Yigal Arnon& CO. Law Firm, which is the largest firm in Israel. During the sharing session, the partners gave a brief and systematic introduction about Israeli law, entrepreneurship environment, policies and current situation. The introduction shows the highly complementation between Chinese and Israeli start up business policies. The partners also introduced the Israeli investment environment, cultural conflicts and challenges met by Israeli high-tech companies during innovative transformation and exploration the international markets.
Later on, the representative group visited the leading incubator companies, agricultural companies and high-tech medical companies.
Before leaving, Ms. Modai presented special gifts to each of the representative group member on behalf of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and took a group picture.
The representative group finished the visit on 9 March and came back to China. On 11 March, partners Simon Weintraub and Daniel Green from Yigal Arnon& Co. Law Firm paid a return visit to the headquarter of Zhong Yin Law Firm in Beijing. During the meeting, the two sides have reached a high degree of understanding, and aimed to strengthen the friendly bond between China and Israel under the ‘One Belt One Road’ scheme. Also, both parties intend to deepen the exchanges to legal levels and jointly construct legal service platform on foreign affairs. It is believed that in the future, there would be more co-operation projects between China and Israel, and the lawyers would have more international businesses upon the broader cooperation development prospects.
