ZhongYin (Chengdu) Represents Xunjie to Settle “Xiaomi” Trademark Infringement Case

Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xiaomi”) sued Chengdu Xunjie Communications Chain Co., Ltd. ("Xunjie") for trademark infringement, and claimed before the Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court, request the court to order Xunjie to cease the trademark infringement, apologize in a newspaper to eliminate adverse impact, and make compensation of RMB 1 million.
