On July 22th, 2017, Zhongyin Law Firm held 2017 first entire partners meeting and the second senior partners meeting to discuss our firm’s development and amendments to some constitution articles, and elected new executive partners and members of the management committee.

1. Work report and discussion

On July 22th morning, according to meeting agenda, lawyer Liu Guangbin, the president of Zhongyin Law Firm management committee, made work report and summarized for the first half of 2017, introduced Zhongyin Law Firm’s great effort and achievements in brand promotion, system construction, risk management, integrated construction of general and branch firms, he also put forward the inadequacies, and hope the next CMC can promote and improve relevant management work.

According to law firm’s development needs, all partners discuss the terms of the association articles, after a full demonstration and vote, the modification for the terms such as the amount of capital and withdrawing partners, is passed. On the meeting, all partners listed to the reports from the financial department on the financial position of our firm from January 2016 to June 2017.

On July 22th afternoon, senior partners meeting initially discussed matters relating to the establishment of oversight committees.

2. General election

On July 22th morning, according to <Beijing Zhongyin Law Firm’s Executive Partners Election Methods>, after all partners’ vote, senior partner Liu Guangbin was elected as new executive partner for Zhongyin Law Firm.

On July 22 afternoon, according to <Management Committee President, Members Election Methods>, after senior partners’ vote, creating new management committee members, the list as following:

Management Committee President: Li Ju

Management Committee Members: Chen Yongxue, Ge Youshan, Jia Zheng, Li Zheng, Tan Jun, Nian Penghe, Zhang Xiaojun, Zheng Wei, Zhou Junli.

Since 2011, Zhongyin Law Firm implemented democratic management mode, obtained great improvement, and made great progress and development. Under the background of new economy and new normal, new executive partner and management committee will focus on law firm’s benefit and development, reduce risk, condensation and promote reform, lead Zhongyin Law Firm to market competition with new spirit and new appearance, and enhance firm’s brand value.
