ZhongYin Is Re-engaged by RenYuSen as Regular Legal Counsel

Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm has renewed the regular legal service agreement with RenYuSen (Beijing) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (short name RenYuSen). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners practicing in the capital market, will advise RenYuSen on its fund management, compliance in fund operation, information disclosure and other issues.
RenYuSen is a private fund manager registered with the Asset Management Association of China under the registration number of P1064364 and the institution type is private equity and venture capital fund manager. Up to now, RenYuSen has successfully filed and managed 1 private funds: RenYuSen Always-Profitable Private Equity Investment Fund No. 2
The team of Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong currently consists of nearly twenty professional lawyers, has extensive experience and represented a large number of successful cases in domestic and overseas IPO and listing, refinancing of listed companies, M & A, reorganization, NEEQ listing, private equity and investment fund, foreign investment, bond issuance, asset securitization, regular legal counseling and other areas.
