ZhongYin is Engaged by Longguang Media as Regular Legal Counsel

On March 25, 2019, ZhongYin Law Firm entered into a regular legal service agreement with Heilongjiang Longguang Media Co., Ltd. (short stock name Longguang Media, stock code 833978). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in capital market, will advise it on its daily compliance management, capital operation, and other matters.
Longguang Media was listed on NEEQ in November 2015 and is a joint-stock company ultimately controlled by Heilongjiang Radio and TV Station. Longguang Media founded in 2008, and mainly engages in advertising agency and brand marketing. In recent years, it has become a comprehensive modern service provider with combined businesses in advertising agency, brand marketing, exhibition service, cultural promotion and other services.
