New ZhongYin, New Journey: ZhongYin (Shenzhen) Successfully Hosted the 2018 Work Summary Meeting and New Year Tea Party

In order to strengthen internal communication, enhance sense of belonging and team cohesion, and improve service efficiency, ZhongYin (Shenzhen) Law Firm held its 2018 Work Summary Meeting and New Year Tea Party on March 23, 2019. Senior Partners Li Liangji, Xie Lanjun, Zhu Yaolong, Tan Yueqi, Li Xianghong, Liu Chao, Wang Lixin, Chen Yi and other partners attended the event. All attorneys of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), totaling 125 attorneys, gathered together to discuss its development plan.

At the meeting, Li Liangji, the director and a senior partner of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), first delivered an overall report on the development of, the revenue generated by, the problems encountered by and the deficiencies in Shenzhen branch in 2018. Then, he made a work plan for 2019 and arranged key tasks in 2019, and proposed the following five major initiatives:
I. Practice: promote the specialization as soon as possible, implement the “one major and two minors” mode, set up professional committees, and strengthen internal learning and exchanges; strengthen risk control management, and avoid practice risks; strengthen exchanges with the head office and other branch offices, and achieve integration of risk control, training and resource;
II. Administration: simplify the sealing process and the review and approval process, and serve the attorneys wholeheartedly;
III. Finance: simplify the reimbursement process, strictly control the source of invoice, and pay attention to cost control;
IV. Branding: strengthen branding, reward positive publicity, and pay attention to network marketing;
V. Culture: strengthen professional training, enrich employees' lives, and advocate a “happy, healthy, positive” culture.
Zhu Yaolong, Tan Yueqi, Li Xianghong and Liu Chao, members of the new management committee of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), reported respectively on the financial management, internal audit, risk control, human resources management, administrative affairs and branding of the firm one by one, and proposed a development reform plan. The law firm's administrative management mode was adjusted accordingly compared with 2018. "In 2019, we will promote the change in administrative services and implement the '81229' program, that is, eight-character policy, one transformation, two satisfactions, two standards, and nine tasks.” Liu Chao, the person in charge of administrative affairs of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), made a detailed plan for the administrative work. From the perspective of simplifying the management procedures and improving the management efficiency, he introduced Shenzhen branch’s administrative service reform and development plan.
At the meeting,
a ceremony of issuing certificate was held for new equity partners Huang Biao,
Yi Yang, and Gao Jinghe, new senior partner Sun Chunqiao, and new junior
partner Zhang Huaping, and Sun Chunqiao, new chairman, and Xia Yue, vice
chairman of the trade union of ZhongYin (Shenzhen). They took a group photo.
At the meeting,
as the representative of attorneys of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), Chen Shiqian made
comments and suggestions on the firm’s development to the management committee,
and the members of the management committee replied to them one by one. Senior
partners Zhu Yaolong, Chen Yi, Tan Yueqi and other attorneys reviewed the
development history of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), put forward expectations and
requirements for young attorneys, and were full of confidence in the future
development of the firm. Finally, Xie Lanjun, the secretary of the Party branch
of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), made a concluding speech.

At this meeting, the participants summarized the gains and losses in the work of 2018, and proposed new ideas and new goals for 2019, which provided a source of power for the development and daily management of ZhongYin (Shenzhen) in the new year, and opened a new chapter with high morale. In 2019, ZhongYin (Shenzhen) , on a new journey, from a new starting point, facing new challenges, by taking the opportunity of deepening lean management, will build its internal strength, continuously improve its systems and processes, strengthen team building, and promote internal and external coordination, to make more contributions to the development of ZhongYin. ZhongYin people will work together to strive for better performance and climb higher peaks!
