On June 8, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a legal service agreement with Guangdong YADA Electronics Co., Ltd. (“YADA”, stock code 430556) on its investment in an electronic technology company, under which the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in the capital market, will advise it on this project.

Founded in 1994, YADA, a strong high-tech enterprise, devotedly engages in the electricity measurement and control instrument industry and is committed to providing customers with intelligent electricity monitoring component products and systematic and integrated solutions. At present, a number of products of YADA have been applied in Shenzhou-6 Spacecraft Control Center, Olympic Stadiums Bird's Nest and Water Cube, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant, urban subways, and other important places where product quality requirements are stringent, and it has provided product supporting services to many famous companies including ZTE.
