On June 8, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a long-term legal service agreement with Guangdong YADA Electronics Co., Ltd. (“YADA”, stock code 430556), under which the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in the capital market, will advise it on its daily compliance management, capital operation, information disclosure and other issues.
