ZhongYin is Appointed as Arbitrator of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission

Recently, the First Committee Meeting of the Sixth Jingzhou Arbitration Commission was held. Jing Junwang, a partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, participated in the meeting as invited. At the meeting, he was appointed as a member of the sixth Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, and Jingzhou Arbitration Commission issued a letter of appointment to him.
Jiang Hong, Municipal Standing Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Jingzhou Government and Director of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, and Huang Tingsong, Deputy Mayor of Jingzhou Government, Director of Jingzhou Public Security Bureau, and Executive Deputy Director of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Hanping, Director of Jingzhou Bureau of Justice and Deputy Director of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission. At the meeting, the notice of Jingzhou Municipal People's Government on appointing the members of the sixth Jingzhou Arbitration Commission was read out; and the participants also heard, reviewed and approved the briefing by Zhang Xianzhong, Secretary General of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, on the revision to the Articles of Association of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, the revision to the Arbitration Rules of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, the drafting of the Arbitrator Management Measures of Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, the selection and appointment of arbitrators of the sixth Jingzhou Arbitration Commission, and the establishment of an Expert Advisory Committee under Jingzhou Arbitration Commission.
