ZhongYin Is Engaged by BRTC as Regular Legal Counsel

Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm and Bridge Trust Co., Ltd. (“BRTC”) have entered into a regular legal counseling contract, pursuant to which, ZhongYin team led by Senior Partner Tian Shouyun and consisted of Senior Partner Ye Minkai, Partner Lv Yanchang, Partner Li Shuangyan, Associate Li Chaoyi, and others is engaged by BRTC as regular legal counsel.

BRTC is a non-bank financial institution established upon approval by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. The company was founded on April 15, 1986, was formerly known as Zhengzhou Trust Investment Company, and was renamed as BRTC after completing re-registration in 2002. Since 2010, after several capital increase and share expansion, the company's registered capital has increased to 4 billion yuan. The company's current shareholders include State Power Investment Corporation Limited (a large central enterprise), Zhengzhou Municipal Government (a local government) and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (an internationally renowned financial group).
