Recently, represented by the IP team of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), RC Environmental Company has won back the ownership of another two patents in the series of patent ownership disputes with MY Petrochemical Company, as well as individuals A, B, W, and others, after Luoyang Intermediate People’s Court’s 2018 judgment that 4 patents are owned by RC Environmental Company and Zhengzhou IP Tribunal’s 2019 judgment that 10 patents are owned or co-owned by RC Environmental Company.

In September 2017, the IP team led by Gao Jinghe, a senior partner of ZhongYin (Shenzhen), after accepting the entrustment from RC Environmental Company, based on its past practical experience and the client’s objective reality, formulated an overall strategy for claims, communicated with the client on it, and by focusing on trade secret and patent ownership, gradually promoted the specific work such as IP strategy maintenance and management.
