On August 9, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a regular legal service agreement with Beijing Gehua CATV Network Co., Ltd. (short name BGCTV, stock code 600037). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in the capital market, will advise it on its daily compliance management, capital operation, information disclosure and other issues.

BGCTV was founded upon the approval of the Beijing Municipal People's Government. It is authorized to take charge of the construction, operation and management of the cable radio and television network in Beijing. And it engages in relaying and transmission of radio and television programs, video on demand, network information services, and Internet access services based on cable television network, internet data transmission value-adding services, domestic IP telephony services, cable TV ad design, production, and release services, and so on. BGCTV was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2001 and is the first listed company in China in the segment of cable network.
