On December 26, 2018, ZhongYin entered into a legal service agreement for specific matters with Good Teacher Education Technology Co., Ltd. (short name Good Teacher Education). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners practicing in capital market, will advise Good Teacher Education exclusively on reorganization and equity incentive plan.
