ZhongYin Engaged by Sanxia Xintai as Long-Term Legal Counsel

Recently, ZhongYin Law Firm has entered into a long-term legal service agreement with Beijing Sanxia Xintai Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. (short name Sanxia Xintai). The team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong, ZhongYin’s senior partners responsible for practice in the capital market, will offer professional legal services to Sanxia Xintai on its fund management, compliance in fund operation, information disclosure and other issues.
Sanxia Xintai is a private fund manager registered with the Asset Management Association of China with registration number of P1064827 and its institution type is private equity and venture capital fund manager. Up to now, Sanxia Xintai has successfully filed and managed two private funds: Ruihui Haize (Jiaxing) Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Beijing Ruihui Haina Technology Industry Fund (Limited Partnership).
