On the morning of July 4, 2019, 2018 Annual Review and 2019 Launching Ceremony of “1+1” China Legal Aid Volunteer Action was held in Xining, Qinghai. At the meeting, excellent lawyers who made outstanding contributions in “1+1” Volunteer Action in 2018 were commended and the work for “1+1” Volunteer Action in 2019 was arranged. Volunteer lawyer representatives in 2018 and 11 volunteering lawyers in 2019 from Beijing attended the meeting. As a representative of award-winning volunteer lawyers in 2018, ZhongYin lawyer Yao Libo accepted an award certificate on the stage.

In the afternoon, Beijing Lawyers Association held a symposium of Beijing volunteer lawyers. At the symposium, volunteer lawyers expressed their views, and veteran volunteers shared their experience and feelings in volunteering activities and exchanged ideas on how to provide volunteer services with new volunteers. Yao Libo went to Tibet and volunteered services there for a year from July 2018 to July 2019. In particular, she said that: as a legal aid lawyer, it is necessary to further improve political position and strengthen sense of political responsibility; you represent your law firm, and even the image of Beijing lawyers and Chinese lawyers rather than just yourself .
