(Zhongguancun Bank) have entered into a cooperation agreement, pursuant to which, ZhongYin is selected into its provider database of legal counsel and ZhongYin’s senior partner Yang Baoquan and lawyer Bi Xiaoxun are engaged by it as legal counsel exclusively on employment law.

Zhongguancun Bank was jointly established by 11 well-known listed companies locating in Zhongguancun, including Yonyou Network, Originwater, ENLIGHT MEDIA, Orient Landscape, Teamsun, Oriental Yuhong, Miteno, Dinghan, Watertek Information, and LandOcean. It was the first Beijing private bank established upon official approval by the China Banking Regulatory Commission on December 19, 2016, and was officially approved for opening by the Beijing Banking Regulatory Commission on June 6, 2017.
