ZhongYin Assists SPIC with Successful Issuance of New-energy Subsidy ABS

On December 30, 2019, State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC) successful issued RMB 2.556 billion securities backed by new-energy subsidies (ABS) on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and RMB 2.691 billion notes backed by new-energy subsidies (ABN) in the interbank market.

The team led by Wu Guanghong and Liu Zhenyu, management committee members and senior partners of ZhongYin Law Firm, has advised SPIC for its successful issuance of such ABS and ABN in professional, qualified, and highly efficient manner.
