On April 23, 2020, the case of invention patent ownership dispute between Luoyang Ruichang Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Ruichang”) and a petrochemical company in Luoyang, an equipment manufacturing company in Shandong, and a third person Cheng XX [Zhengzhou Intermediate People's Court (2019) Yu 01 Civil First No. 127], on which the IT team led by Gao Jinghe of ZhongYin (Shenzhen) advised Ruichang, was selected as one of the “2019 Ten Typical Cases of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Right in Henan”. On April 24, 2020, the case was selected as No. 1 case among the “2019 Ten Typical Cases of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Right before Zhengzhou People's Court”.
