On July 10, 2020, the Meeting of Partners of ZhongYin Law Firm was held at Zhengda Center, ZhongYin’s new office. At the meeting, Li Zheng was elected as the new managing partner, Chen Yongxue as the chairman of the new management committee, Liu Xiaoyu, Liu Zhenyu, Tan Jun, Wu Guanghong, Wu Zetao, Xu Min, Yan Penghe, Zheng Songzhe, and Zheng Wei as the new members of the management committee of ZhongYin.

After the general election, Chen Yongxue, the chairman of the management committee, reported the general election to Mr. Tang Jinlong, the founding partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, the old director and the former chief partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, the former deputy director of the Financial and Securities Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, and the former full-time member of the 6th Stock Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and invited Mr. Tang to come back to ZhongYin to guide our work, and made an appointment to visit Director Tang another time; reported relevant information about ZhongYin to the family member of Mr. Cui Bingquan, the former secretary general of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the old director of ZhongYin Law Firm, and expressed the remembrance and gratitude to the old leaders on behalf of all the staff of ZhongYin Law Firm; and also gave a brief introduction to Liu Guangbin and Li Ju, the old leaders of ZhongYin Law Firm.

The new leadership team paid a collective visit to Mr. Zhao Zenghai, the former president of the first Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, the current vice president of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and the old director of ZhongYin Law Firm. The members of the new leadership team and Mr. Zhao conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on issues such as the ZhongYin’s development, equity reform, talent training, and merger, alliance, cooperation, and common development with others, and listened carefully to Director Zhao's guidance on the development of ZhongYin Law Firm and started a special discussion on it.

In January 1993, Mr. Tang Jinlong, Mr. Guo Feng, Mr. Dong Ansheng, Mr. Zhu Yushuan, Mr. Jiang Hua, Madam Bao Huifang, and Mr. Liu Yuming, founded ZhongYin Law Firm. Since its establishment, ZhongYin Law Firm had become a benchmark leading law firm in the field of finance and securities. In June 2008, under the joint promotion of Attorney Tang Jinlong and Attorney Zhao Zenghai, ZhongYin Law Firm merged with Beijing Zodiac Teamer Law Firm. Under the leadership of Director Zhao Zenghai and the then Chief Partner Tang Jinlong, ZhongYin grew rapidly.
