Recently, Yousu Express signed an investment agreement with investors including Ningbo Mei Mountain Bonded Area Dingyue Investment Partnership Firm (Limited Partnership), Beijng Jialidatong Investment Consultation Co.,Ltd., and Fujian Tuofengjiufu Equity Investment Limited Partnership, completing A round of financing of more than 300 million. Our senior partners Wang Ting and Tan Jun lawyers team accepted the commission of investor, occupying the special legal counselor for Yousu express’s financing, fully participating in this round of financing transactions, including but not only due diligence to Yousu Express, drafting investment agreement, finally Yousu Express successfully completed the A round of more than 300 million of financing.
