Steven has an abundance of know-how in the operation of direct-sale enterprises in Mainland China, and experience in representing Chinese businesses in cross-border M&As as well as in the capital market, and vice versa. Examples of Steven’s recent representations of Chinese outbound/inbound M&As included the bidding, acquisition and investment concerning foreign companies, wineries and vineyards (South Africa, Chile and Bulgaria), real estate (London) and olive oil refinery plant (Europe), the setting up of a Sino-NY biotechnology JV, and the expansion and M&A projects of foreign MNEs in the PRC.
